Bringing a community together.

St Paul's Community Development Trust is a long-standing Birmingham organisation with deep roots in Balsall Heath. Its work spans a specialist school, nursery, family support, community services and a city farm. They needed a brand and website that could express all of that in a way people could quickly understand.

The challenge wasn't just visual, it was about clarity. The organisation had a rich history, a wide range of services and strong community trust, but needed a more joined-up public-facing identity that could hold everything together without losing its warmth or credibility.

Our approach

We helped shape a clearer, more welcoming expression of the organisation, then brought it to life through a new name, identity and website, unifying multiple parts of the trust under one clear public-facing name while still feeling rooted in community, care and local pride.

Outcome

A brand system that feels more human, more coherent and better able to reflect the full scale of what the trust does across Birmingham.
